YALI RLC’s Wofai Samuel visits Secondary schools across Lagos, sensitizes Teens and Donates COVID-19 Protective Materials.

Wofai Samuel, embarked on a tour around secondary schools in Lagos, Nigeria, in-line with the execution of Her Social Responsibility for her Organization, One African Network.

She sensitized a total of 100 students and 13 teachers on the need for: Self — Confidence, Hygiene best practices & acquisition of Education (formal, informal and/or skilled).

Upon implementation, the students had opportunities to interact with with Her, exchange ideas and reinstate their commitment to becoming self-starters and impact makers as they go along life.

Wofai stated that, West Africa accounts for one-third of the global total of primary school age children and one-fifth of lower secondary age children who are out of school. Highlight of the tour, was the distribution of 100 Nose masks were to 100 young Students. Their hands were equally sanitized.

On June 3, 2021, Wofai was invited by the Royal Commonwealth Society in England, as a Judge for The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition, the world’s oldest international writing competition for schools, established in 1883.
